African American Blues
As a Fashion Designer that focuses on sustainable fashion I present “African-American Blues” Just as the musical “Blues” take bad life situations and turn them into music, I combine 100% cotton African Print Material with American Blue Jean Denim in this upcycled skirt and corresponding wrap that can be worn as a top or headwrap. I have added photos of model Jay Jay Q wearing “African American Blues” photographed in an urban area of Norfolk, VA. As African Americans we find the beauty in our blues.

As a Fashion Designer that focuses on sustainable fashion I present “African-American Blues” Just as the musical “Blues” take bad life situations and turn them into music, I combine 100% cotton African Print Material with American Blue Jean Denim in this upcycled skirt and corresponding wrap that can be worn as a top or headwrap.
