Young Investors Group is a social entrepreneurial internship that help at-risk teens with learning life skills by educating them on how to increase their emotional intelligence, hands on training in financial management, investments in real estate, business and wealth management to decrease generational poverty in high crime and low income zip codes.
“The mission of Tidewater Arts Outreach (TAO) is to bring joy to older adults and those living in isolating circumstances and enhance their well-being through creative engagement with the arts. TAO produces programs in partnership with senior living communities, nursing and rehabilitation centers, hospitals, shelters, hospice providers, day support centers, and other organizations that serve a population prone to isolating circumstances - bringing the healing power of the arts to those they serve and enhancing their existing programs for better wellness outcomes. Since the nonprofit was founded in 2004, it has since produced over 4,000 programs. These programs served over 110,000 non-paying participants.”
